*बडगाम पुलिस ने रंगदारी मांगने वालों को गिरफ्तार किया; नकली हथियार बरामद। *

बडगाम: 6 नवंबर 2021:23 अगस्त 2021 को थाना बीरवाह को रावतपोरा खाग निवासी अब्दुल अहद भट के पुत्र तौसीफ अहमद भट की लिखित शिकायत प्राप्त हुई, जिसमें कहा गया है कि 22/08/2021 की देर शाम अपने कार्यालय (खिदमत केंद्र) को बंद करने के बाद वह अपने साथ रावतपोरा निवासी गुलाम मोहि-उद-दीन के पुत्र साकिब अहमद डार नाम के उनके पड़ोसी घर की ओर जा रहे थे, नदी (शुकनाग) पार करते समय कुछ नकाबपोशों ने उन्हें रोका, हथियार दिखाया, उन्हें पीटा और शिकायतकर्ता को नकद राशि के लिए लूट लिया रु. * 1,50,000 /=.*

इस सूचना पर थाना बीरवाह में कानून की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत प्राथमिकी संख्या *121/2021* का मामला दर्ज कर मामले की जांच की गई।

 जांच के दौरान, विभिन्न सुरागों पर काम करते हुए, पेथज़ानिगाम निवासी अब्दुल अहद वानी के पुत्र फ़िरोज़ अहमद वानी नामक एक संदिग्ध को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया गया था और निरंतर पूछताछ के दौरान, उसने अपराध के कमीशन में अपनी संलिप्तता स्वीकार की और अपने खुलासे पर, उसके दो उनके सहयोगियों नामत: आसिफ अहमद अहंगेर पुत्र अब्दुल गनी अहंगेर निवासी बोंजानिगाम और बिलाल अहमद मलिक पुत्र अली मुहम्मद मलिक निवासी पेठजानिगाम को गिरफ्तार किया गया।  तीनों की गहन पूछताछ के दौरान, अपराध के कमीशन के दौरान स्पष्ट रूप से उपयोग की जाने वाली निम्नलिखित वस्तुएं उनके प्रकटीकरण पर एक आरोपी आसिफ अहमद अहंगेर पुत्र अब्दुल गनी अहंगेर पुत्र बोंजानिगाम के बाग में बने शेड से बरामद की गईं:

 * 1.  डमी हथियार (AK-47)*

 * 2.  लूटी गई रकम 33,300 रुपये/= *

 * 3.  फेस कवर (03 कपड़े के टुकड़े)। *

 जांच के दौरान यह भी सामने आया कि डमी हथियार एक बढ़ई द्वारा बनाया और तराशा गया था, जिसका नाम अब्दुल मोमिन शाह पुत्र अब्दुल रशीद शाह निवासी पेथज़नीगाम था, जिसे भी गिरफ्तार किया गया था।

 जांच चल रही है और उक्त मामले में और गिरफ्तारियां और बरामदगी की उम्मीद है।

*Budgam Police arrested Extortionists; Dummy weapon recovered.*

BUDGAM: 6th November 2021:

On 23rd August 2021, Police Station Beerwah received a written complaint from one Tawseef Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Ahad Bhat resident of Rawatpora Khag stating therein that on 22/08/2021 late evening, after closing his office (Khidmat Centre), he along with his neighbour namely Saqib Ahmed Dar son of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din resident of Rawatpora were on way to home, while crossing the river (Shuknag), some masked persons stopped them, showed weapon, thrashed them and robbed the complainant for a cash amount of Rupees *1,50,000/=.*

Upon this information, a case FIR number *121/2021* under relevant sections of law was registered at Police Station Beerwah and investigation into the matter taken up.

During the course of investigation, working on various leads, one suspect namely Feroz Ahmad Wani son of Abdul Ahad Wani resident of Pethzanigam was called for questioning and during sustained questioning, he confessed his involvement in the commission of crime and on his disclosure, his two associates namely Asif Ahmad Ahanger son of Abdul Gani Ahanger resident of Bonzanigam and Bilal Ahmad Malik son of Ali Muhammad Malik resident of Pethzanigam were arrested. During strenuous questioning of the trio, following items apparently used during commission of crime were recovered on their disclosure from the Shed constructed at orchard of one of the accused Asif Ahmad Ahanger son of Abdul Gani Ahanger resident of Bonzanigam:

*1. Dummy weapon (AK-47)*

*2. Robbed amount Rupees 33,300/=*

*3. Face covers (03 cloth pieces).*

During investigation it also came to fore that Dummy weapon was made and carved by one carpanter namely Abdul Momin Shah Son of Abdul Rashid Shah resident of Pethzanigam who was also arrested.

Investigation is under way and more arrests and recoveries are expected in the said case.
