आज यानि 27.09.2022 को दोपहर करीब 12.30 बजे थाना दयालपुर में गली स्थित एक घर में पति-पत्नी के बीच झगड़े को लेकर पीसीआर कॉल आई. नंबर 15, न्यू मुस्तफाबाद।

 

आज यानि 27.09.2022 को दोपहर करीब 12.30 बजे थाना दयालपुर में गली स्थित एक घर में पति-पत्नी के बीच झगड़े को लेकर पीसीआर कॉल आई.  नंबर 15, न्यू मुस्तफाबाद।

 पुलिस टीम मौके पर पहुंची और पाया कि एक महिला जिसकी पहचान बाद में गली नंबर 15, न्यू मुस्तफाबाद निवासी अरमान (इकबाल की बेटी) की पत्नी नेहा के रूप में हुई, वह उक्त घर की दूसरी मंजिल पर स्थित एक कमरे में मृत पड़ी थी।

 पूछताछ में पता चला कि उक्त घर की अलग-अलग मंजिलों पर रहने वाले परिवार के सदस्यों और पड़ोसियों ने एक लड़के को रोते हुए सुना था।  कमरे में अंदर से ताला लगा हुआ था, उन्होंने किसी तरह दरवाजा खोला तो पाया कि महिला की गर्दन पर चोट के निशान मरी पड़ी थी।  जबकि एक व्यक्ति जिसकी पहचान अरमान के रूप में हुई है, वह गंभीर रूप से घायल अवस्था में बेहोशी की हालत में पड़ा था.  परिवार/पड़ोसियों द्वारा उन्हें जीटीबी अस्पताल में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया।  अरमान और नेहा की शादी करीब तीन साल पहले हुई थी।

 एफएसएल/क्राइम टीम को मौके पर बुलाया गया और आवश्यक औपचारिकताओं के बाद शव को जीटीबी अस्पताल ले जाया गया।

 इस मामले में आईपीसी की धारा 302 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।  एसडीएम को भी सूचित कर दिया गया है क्योंकि शादी की अवधि 7 वर्ष से कम है।

 प्रथम दृष्टया ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि पति-पत्नी के बीच किसी बात को लेकर विवाद हो गया और पति ने धारदार हथियार से हमला कर अपनी पत्नी की हत्या कर दी और खुद को चोट पहुंचाई।

 मृतका का पति अरमान खतरे से बाहर है।

Today i.e., 27.09.2022, at about 12.30 PM, a PCR call was received at PS Dayalpur regarding quarrel between husband and wife in a house located in Gali. No. 15, New Mustafabad.

Police team reached at the spot and found that one lady who was later identified as Neha wife of Arman (Daughter of Iqbal) resident of Gali No. 15, New Mustafabad was lying dead in a room located at 2nd floor of the said house.

The enquiry revealed that the family members, who are living at different floors of the said house and the neighbors had heard a boy crying.  The room was locked from the inside, they somehow opened the door and found that the lady was lying dead having sharp injuries on his neck. While a person who was identified as Arman was lying in unconscious condition with sharp injuries. He was shifted to GTB hospital by the family/neighbours. Arman and Neha had married about three years back. 

FSL/Crime team was called at the spot and after necessary formalities, dead body was removed to GTB Hospital. 

In this matter a case u/s 302 IPC has been registered. SDM has also been informed as the marriage period is less than 7 years.

Prima-facie, it seems that husband and wife had some Confrontation/arguments and husband killed her wife attacking with sharp weapon and inflicted injury on his own.

Arman, the husband of the deceased is out of danger.

Further investigation is progress.
