 इंडियन डॉक्टर्स फॉर पीस एंड डेवलपमेंट (IDPD) प्रदर्शनकारी किसानों के स्वास्थ्य पर चिंता व्यक्त करता है।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रधान मंत्री को लिखा पत्र 

प्रधानमंत्री को लिखे पत्र में आईडीपीडी ने प्रदर्शनकारी किसानों को सिंघू, टिकरी और अन्य सीमाओं पर तत्काल स्वास्थ्य सेवा के लिए अनुरोध किया है।  पत्र में उन्होंने कहा है कि IDPD प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के साथ-साथ सामूहिक समारोहों के दौरान चिकित्सा सहायता प्रदान करता रहा है।  हमारी टीमों ने उत्तराखंड, कश्मीर, बिहार, केरल और देश के अन्य स्थानों में बाढ़ के दौरान चिकित्सा सहायता प्राप्त की थी।  हमने नेपाल में भूकंप के दौरान चिकित्सा सहायता भी प्रदान की।  उसी भावना से हमने सिंघू और टिकरी सीमाओं पर किसानों के लिए चिकित्सा सहायता का आयोजन किया है।  चूंकि सभा बहुत बड़ी है, इसलिए लोग कई बीमारियों के खतरे से घिर गए हैं।  जैसा कि सर्दियों में पहले से ही सेट किया गया है, कई सामान्य बीमारियां जो हमने सामना की हैं, उनमें रेस्पिरेटरी ट्रैक्ट संक्रमण, पेट की समस्याएं, दस्त, उच्च रक्तचाप, उच्च रक्तचाप, हृदय संबंधी समस्याएं, मधुमेह और त्वचा की समस्याएं आदि शामिल हैं। श्वसन संबंधी समस्याएं बढ़ने के साथ बढ़ने की संभावना है।  चिल।  इसके अलावा गरीब स्वच्छता की स्थिति लोगों के लिए आगे स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं को जोड़ सकती है। इसलिए यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि लोगों को 24 घंटे आपातकालीन स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं।  COVID-19, तपेदिक और अन्य श्वसन रोगों सहित निवारक उपायों की भी आवश्यकता है।  भले ही गैर सरकारी संगठन लोगों को चिकित्सा सहायता देने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं लेकिन यह पर्याप्त नहीं है।  विडंबना यह है कि सरकार द्वारा उस क्षेत्र में एक भी स्वास्थ्य देखभाल शिविर नहीं है। लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के हितों में साइट पर चिकित्सा शिविर लगाकर राज्य द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सुनिश्चित करना महत्वपूर्ण है;  सरकार को विभिन्न विरोध स्थलों पर 24 घंटे सेवाओं के साथ एक मिनी अस्पताल खोलना चाहिए;  शौचालय की सुविधा स्थापित करें 24 घंटे सफाई सेवाओं और सरकार द्वारा गहन कीटाणुनाशक स्प्रे के साथ। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि यदि गतिरोध जारी रहता है तो स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति खराब हो सकती है।  पहले ही 38 लोग मारे जा चुके हैं।  चूंकि किसानों को नए कानूनों के बारे में चिंता है, इसलिए लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के हित में इन कानूनों को रद्द करना सबसे अच्छा होगा ताकि किसान वापस जा सकें और फिर कृषि में सुधारों पर आगे चर्चा की जा सके।

The Indian Doctors for Peace and Development (IDPD) expresses concern over health of protesting farmers.

Writes to the Prime Minister to ensure health services to them.

 

In a letter to the Prime Minister the IDPD has requested for immediate healthcare to the protesting farmers at Singhu, Tikri and other borders. In the letter they have said that IDPD has been providing medical aid at the times of natural calamities as well as during mass gatherings. Our teams had gone medical aid during floods in Uttarakhand, Kashmir, Bihar, Kerala and other places in the country. We also provided medical aid during the earth quake in Nepal. In the same spirit we have organized medical aid for the farmers at Singhu and Tikri borders. Since the gathering is very large, the people are fraught with the threat of several diseases. As the winter has already set in, many common diseases that we encountered include Respiratory Tract infections, stomach problems, diarrhea, hyperacidity, high blood pressure, cardiac problems, diabetes and skin problems etc. The respiratory problems are likely to increase with the increase in the chill. Moreover Poor hygienic conditions can add to further health problems for the people.

 

It is therefore important that the people are ensured 24 hours emergency health services. There is also need for preventive measures including for COVID-19, tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases. Even though the non government organisations are doing their best to give medical aid to the people but that is not sufficient. Ironically there is not a single health care camp in that area by the government.

 

 In the interests of the health of the people it is important to ensure Health care to be provided by the state by holding medical camps at the site; The government should open a mini hospital with 24 hours services at various protest sites; Install toilet facilities With 24 hours cleaning services and intensive disinfectant sprays by the government.  

 

It appears that if the impasse continues the health condition may get worse. Already 38 people have died. Since the farmers have concerns about the new laws, in the interest of the health of the people it would be best to repeal these laws so that the farmers can go back and then further discussion can be held on the reforms in the agriculture.
